Melissa Bradley is the founder of Bradley Real Estate. She holds the prestigious CRS and CRB designations. She was also awarded the 2008 Women's Initiative Pace Setter Award and the 2007 North Bay Business Journal's 40 Executives under 40 Years Old Award. Melissa is a Top 100 Women Business Owner in the Bay Area and is a former Advisory Board Member for the Marin Women's Hall of Fame.  She has sold over 500 houses and managed thousands of real estate deals. She has extensive experience in complicated real estate transactions including seller financing, lease options, short sales, REOs, multi-units, new construction, land, subdivision sales, divorces, probates, trusts, conservatorships, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, reverse exchanges, and much more.

Eric Burris

GENERAL COUNSEL | REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION MANAGER

Eric has been a licensed attorney and an active member of the California Bar Association since 1984. Prior to joining Bradley Real Estate he was a litigation and real estate attorney with his own practice in San Francisco.  He also owned his own real estate brokerage with an emphasis on commercial real estate. Eric also has extensive experience doing condominium conversions.  He attended high school in Marin County, graduating from Terra Linda High School in 1976. Eric later graduated from U.C. Berkeley (B.A. in Legal Studies and Psychology in 1981) and the University of San Francisco Law School (J.D. 1984).

Elizabeth Pedrick

DIRECTOR OF SALES & AGENT DEVELOPMENT

A highly respected real estate professional, Elizabeth has enjoyed a 30-year real estate career in Marin County and San Francisco. She has been involved in a variety of transactions in both the residential and the commercial markets—in sales, lending, management, development, and investment. After graduating from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor’s degree in political science, Elizabeth cofounded the mortgage brokerage Pedrick & Associates in San Francisco. It focused on construction, land, and commercial loans. She went on to become vice president of operations and lead recruiter at Executive Management Consultants in Tucson, returning to California as acquisitions lead for Heather Investments, a commercial real estate investment company based in San Rafael. In addition to P&L responsibility for all new projects in four states for them, she hired, supervised, and trained onsite staff. Before joining Bradley, Elizabeth was the sales manager at Coldwell Banker’s Northern Marin office in Novato. She has been a licensed Realtor since 1988.
